It comes with great joy and passion that I am able to professionally serve and assist people in the purchase of a home, or listing their home/property for sale. I have successfully, with politeness and persistence, tackled the challenges of shortsales and REO's.  On top of being a resource for information, I have a team comprised of lenders, inspectors for home, well, pest, septic, surveyors for flagging property corners, and even contractors.  
 
My wife and I are privileged to call Oakhurst, with Yosemite National Park and Bass Lake in our backyard, home for over 33 years.  I come from a rich heritage in that both sets of grandparents modeled honest hard work as farmers and dairymen in Fresno County, and their word was as good as gold.  I have been blessed with the passing of this heritage from my parents, and hope you will experience the honest hard work and blessings of my heritage as well.
